Initial Comments:
An off-site, state licensure follow-up survey conducted on November 20, 2023 found that Aveanna Healthcare had corrected the deficiency cited under Act 54 of 1999, the Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care Center Act, 35 P.S. Section 449.61 et seq. The deficiency was cited as a result of a state re-licensure survey completed on September 20, 2023.
